I was told this is weight watchers recipe (minus the choc chips of course) LOVED THEM!! I'm all about the desserts. Oh, who am I kidding, I'm all about the other yummy food, too.

Thanks for the extra treat, Beck!

It is a Weight Watcher recipe. You can make them as muffins & they are 2 points. 1 extra point if you add choc. chips.

I was going to tell you guys...the other day I was craving these so badly, and I didn't have a spice cake mix...so I used a yellow and added a bunch of pumpkin pie spice and the cookies were still delicious!

Becky, I love these cookies! I have made them with pumpkin and pumpkin pie filling. I have found they bake better with pie filling. When I just use pumpkin the middles NEVER bake all the way through. Although, I think the pie filling has more calories. Hey, I have a food blog too (I did it to print my recipes into a book with pictures) if you ever need any ideas. I look at yours all the time for ideas! Hope that's okay! beckeysrecipebox.blogspot.com
